Nice hot breakfast, outstanding food. Well furnished unit with an electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware.

They didn't have my booking that i had confirmation of through you. If i hadn't taken my confirmation hard copy I would have had a problem.

The double room we stayed in was stylish with three beds, a great view, enough space for a couple. Location: the hotel was just next door to the Eagle's Nest cafe / restaurant as well as the retail stores and other restaurants;))

Noisy rooms The Lovely Fire place lounge looking over the little threadbo river would be a great place to relax except for the loud music played in that area and the bar staff more focused on themselves and the boys coming up the stairs from the rooms below No one explained that you had a ski and boot storage area for your use

Location 100mtres from ski field and in central Thredbo Breakfast was great

I loved staying at this hotel because it was just a few steps from the Bakery in the Village Square for morning treats, and only 500 meters from the scenic Thredbo River Track, perfect for a leisurely walk to soak in the beautiful nature. The staff were friendly and the overall vibe of the place added to the experience of my weekend getaway.

No sledge or ski-bike or toboganing for kids?

It has old world charm of a past resort era. No matter how hard management try to upgrade the technology of the facillities it still remains a premier position, slab wood & rock rustic hotel that will never date.

The In house movie channel (s) had poor reception (snowy) and in todays technology this is easily fixed, however it was not.

Really nice rooms, location, ease of access and helpful staff, great breakfast clean and tidy

However poor dining for vegeterians, really expected better, inconciderate clients who ran up and down the hall, well more like leaped down the stairs like demented kangaroos

Neat room, a bath and a shower in the room. Awesome and outstanding breakfast and reasonably priced food. Amazing service, great and premier position lovely to sit in after a day on the mountain.

Just a top selection for a whistle-stop in Thredbo with good value for cost. The bar scene was lively, though quite loud. Consider bringing earplugs for the entertainment.

The receptionist wa excellent.

However, the facilities for making tea in the room were bad. One of the cups was chipped...unacceptable in a hotel of this proclaimed high standard.

The staff are lovely, the location is stunning.

Loved this stay! The room had a tv, electric kettle, and big cozy sofa. The views of the mountains were nice, especially the evenings from the terrace. Plus, the spa facilities were a great touch for relaxation after skiing. Awesome vibes overall and great accessibility to the slopes!
